Job Description

• Perform preventive maintenance on buildings including but not limited to: HVAC, minor carpentry, masonry, electrical, painting, plastering, dry walling, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and mechanical repair work, repair and installation of electrical fixtures
• Monitor electrical equipment such as air-conditioning, electrical utilities, NGP, pumps, and motor
• Inspect building facilities to identify building maintenance needs

Qualification

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE ON PEOPLE MANAGEMENT OR EXPERIENCE AS A LEAD TECHNICIAN
• Experience in Facilities/Building Maintenance
• Must be knowledgeable of HVAC, chiller and air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing, minor carpentry and minor masonry
• Must be TESDA Trained or technical vocational graduate
• Physically fit as lifting, working at heights and working in restricted/confined spaces may be involved
