JOB SUMMARY  

The purpose of this position is to provide support to office moves, additions, and changes across a campus.   The MAC Coordinator will support individual and teams moves for multiple offices. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

Supports new employee office configurations and changes, office moves and relocation.  

Utilizes CAFM system to manage projects.

Provides exceptional customer service to address all client move needs.


Creates and maintains project policies and directives within the project operations manual.

Prepare routine and special client reports as required.

Other duties may be assigned.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES  

No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE  

High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Bachelor's degree preferred. 

Minimum of one year(s) of related experience.

Experience with AutoCAD is preferred. 




CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES  

None.


COMMUNICATION SKILLS  


Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Strong organizational and analytical skills.  Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.  Ability to effectively present information.


FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE  

Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.


REASONING ABILITY  

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations.  Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.


OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES  

Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, desktop publishing, and CAFM software including MS Office Suite. 

Ability to provide efficient, timely, and reliable service to client(s).  Ability to present information in an effective way.  Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.  Ability to collaborate, problem solve, and multi-task.  Ability to adapt to change when necessary.

Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
