CBRE is seeking an Investment Sales Manager for their Atlanta-based Office investment sales brokerage team. The Investment Sales Manager will have a key role in helping create and manage content, branding, and presentations for the team. You will have an opportunity to work with and learn from industry leaders and to take part in high‐profile transactions across the United States. The position will include exposure to office, mixed‐use, and land valuations in various Southeastern markets, as well as provide a foundational knowledge of Atlanta submarkets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owns all aspects of the preparation and production of proposals, listings and follow through on project assignments and client requests
  • Writes compelling marketing materials and client presentations
  • Develops property insights and key selling points based on property and neighborhood tours; meets with senior team members to help develop the thesis and positioning for various assignments 
  • Analyzes real estate trends and draw conclusions from aggregator research
  • Assists in business development opportunities, helping the team with marketing efforts on new or existing clients.
  • Manages a team of production support staff to ensure their work is completed in a timely and accurate manner. 
    • Assigns work among production team to balance pipeline by volume, complexity and timing.
    • Provides supervision, technical guidance, and training to individual employees within the team
  • Leads and facilitates initiatives to support field operations such as: communication of best practices, policies and procedures; ensures shared knowledge to implement process improvements; facilitates process improvement by engaging appropriate resources in issue identification and resolution.

  • Highly‐developed verbal and written communication skills – ability to interact effectively and professionally with a wide variety of internal and external parties
  • Expert in maintaining timelines and integrity of information being utilized in assignments, including highly organized work practices and effective time management skills
  • Strong and meticulous attention to detail, often in the absence of oversight, demonstrating care and pride in presentation quality
  • Has a working knowledge of financial models and has, or can develop, an understanding of the metrics around asset valuation
  • Intellectual curiosity to become and be regarded as the content expert in important matters that sustain team’s standing as market leader for quality and professionalism, while also helping identify and vet worthwhile business line extensions
  • Ability to innovate improvements to client presentations and other team processes, aiming to improve efficiency and quality
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and to anticipate critical path requirements in order to meet client deadlines
  • Willingness to work hard in a transaction‐oriented environment and to take ownership of project outcomes
  • Interpersonal skills that include the ability to influence teammates and clients
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Ability to work in InDesign a plus

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Management, Marketing, Communications or related field of study preferred; Graduate degree a plus
  • Demonstrated interest with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience 


Salesperson or real estate brokers license preferred but not required in first year.
