The role: Helpdesk Waste Management

The team will traige, allocate and jeopardy manage all waste related tasks to a timely resolution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to; Triage & jeopardy management of waste issues, Reporting on SLA performance with waste leads, monitoring of weekly RAG checks, manage waste tracker app, manage Biffa wasted journeys/missed collections, deliver waste training to Helpdesk, Review and update Helpdesk waste script, monitor 3rd party supplier performance, manage contract variations, manage BASOL access for Biffa including key audits, quality assurance and checks on all waste related tasks, Assist BT CFU's in task management, Assist with management of hazardous waste.
