CBRE is known for our real estate solutions – and the people behind them. As the leader of our Talent Acquisition function, you’ll be responsible for leading a team to find the most qualified and diverse candidates to join our exciting teams. 

Based in Gurgaon, the Head of Talent Acquisition partners with Business leaders and the People team to attract, recruit the best talent to CBRE across India. The role also oversees client transitions, providing leadership and project coordination across the TA team, interfacing with key Business leaders, clients, global and regional partners. Working in conjunction with the Head of People India and Global Head of TA, this role develops the strategic TA plan and ensures execution and service delivery.  

  • Oversees the TA function across India (people management and recruitment service delivery) developing and establishing the Centre of Excellence  
  • Develops and drives the implementation of the strategic Talent Acquisition plan aligning to global, regional and business objectives across the region 
  • Leads transition activity to recruit and onboard new employees from client sites  
  • Forges strong partnerships internally identifying areas to integrate best practises  
  • Works with the TA teams to ensure Avature (Talent source) adoption through global process alignment and communication  
  • Is the Senior TA partner for key hires 
  • Leads Talent initiatives to improve, diversity, retention and talent mobility across the region  
  • Reviews the agency panel aligning vendor standards and fee structures 
  • Leads employer branding initiatives ensuring alignment to CBRE brand and recruitment marketing standards across the region  
  • Budget management 
  • Leverages data to provide insights to the business and inform decision making 
  • Builds and maintains relationships with key Hiring Managers, has the ability to influence and provide guidance on recruitment related activities  
  • Coaches and advises the business industry standards, best practise and internal CBRE protocol  

To be successful in this role you will have extensive TA experience, developing and implementing TA strategies and leading a scalable and sizable TA function. Familiarity operating in a complex-matrix environment is needed. Excellent communication, presentation and people leadership skills is a must. Professional and education qualifications along with advanced recruitment systems and process, and operational experience is also required.
