  • Develop ideas and new ways of working to improve productivity, quality and win rate of Sales Team 
  • Be the eyes and ears across the APAC sales team, staying up to date and aware of challenges and bring new ideas for initiatives to provide value and efficiency 
  • Support all BDMs by providing strategic guidance to embed and improve outputs from all steps of the Sales process 
  • Work closely with the APAC Marketing Leader and Global team to ensure campaigns and new materials are shared and utilised by the Sales Team 
  • Ensure all new content and case studies are shared via relevant channels to reach all members of the APAC Local Sales team
  • Connect regularly and collaborate with Global team, to learn and share best practice with members of the APAC Sales team
  • Present updates and best practice at APAC Bid Solutions meetings and APAC Sales meetings 
  • Work closely with Bid Managers and Sales Coordinators to understand existing ways of working, and develop improved processes whilst coaching and guiding Bid Managers and Sales Coordinators to success
  • Network with Bid Manager and BDMs to understand key jobs, offering support to review and refine RFPs ensuring value position in clearly articulated
  • Set up monthly APAC Bid Management meetings with APAC Bid Managers and Sales Coordinators 
  • Create a culture of sharing and set up a system to ensure all best practice is fed into the APAC SharePoint/Knowledge Base 
  • Develop and implement training the APAC Sales team to improve writing and tendering skills
  • Ensure all Bid Managers have input to Business Unit Sales Coordinator personal development plans 
  • Supporting APAC with event organisation and marketing presence at industry exhibitions, events and conferences; internal and external marketing communications
  • Work with Bid Managers and Business Unit Sales Coordinators to ensure all opportunities are regularly and accurately updating SalesForce 
  • Develop and maintain competitor database, rolling out a template to all countries for population
