Here’s a snapshot of your day:
  • Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
  • Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required
  • Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of HVAC, A/C and Electrical systems. 
  • Maintains HVAC, A/C and Electrical systems throughout client facilities.
  • Understanding and experience of Chillers, Air Dryers and Air Handling Units.
  • Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair.  Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.
  • Assists with installation and modification of building equipment systems.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Industrial manufacturing experience would be favorable. 

Skills and experience you’ll need to thrive in this role:
  • Applicants must have a current and valid Mechanical (Air Conditioning &Refrigeration /HVAC/ARTIC) license.
  • Relevant and valid OH&S cards 
  • Additional training and experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • A-class electrical license would be desirable but not essential.
