The Opportunity
We are looking for a resourceful graphic designer who will be responsible for all things creative, while working in a highly collaborative, open-concept team environment.
What the Graphic Designer is responsible for:
- Envisioning, creating and executing all client-facing marketing materials, specifically marketing flyers, comprehensive confidential information memorandums and strategic Advisory proposals.
- Developing and executing brand, property marketing and social media content for team and client projects.
- Managing and supporting the day-to-day design requests from the team and clients.
- Specific thought and recommendations on how to evolve existing client-facing deliverables

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary range being offered for this position is between $52,000 and $56,000 annually. The compensation that is provided to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: Group Retirement Program, Medical, Dental and Vision coverage, Life Insurance and more.
