CBRE is looking for commercial lead, who will be managing a team of commercial/pricing professionals and would work closely with the region and business leads.
As a commercial lead you will shape the commercial aspects of proposals and bids and be the trusted adviser to the sector leads and provide guidance to their team members regarding negotiation strategy in their own negotiations .
Key Responsibilities
• Full ownership of commercial related matters and bids/proposals, be a senior practioner providing advice and guidance and provide input into the strategy • Lead and guide a team of commercial/pricing professionals • Leads interactions in client-facing role in global/regional pursuits • Need to have a strong understanding of each sector/service line/platform and value proposition and provide valuable inputs on pursuits • Help reinforce and ensure proper governance procedures were in place for deal sign off • Actively communicate with country representatives for pricing and costing information updates; • Review pricing and costing process for regional as well as global response on new business proposal; • Work with divisional business leaders/ local commercial contacts/ sales and client solutions team on pricing and any other commercial related queries or issues; • Guide on post bid coordination with change management team (transition of new business) to ensure smooth transfer of knowledge and tracking actual performance and contract negotiation; • Develop in-depth understanding on country specific labour costing and overheads allocations; • Review gaps and identifies process improvement opportunities within the team

Qualifications/Required Skills

  • > 5 years’ experience on Commercial/Pricing/Contract Management.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred;
  • Highly detail-oriented and capable of analysing data with creative and innovation in mind;
  • Extremely organised and methodical in your approach to work and the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and on time;
  • Excellent analytical skills, able to handle high volume of data with ability to articulate complex business issues and encompass problem identification, evaluation, and resolution.
  • Ability to comprehend , analyze and interpret the most complex business models/documents.
  • Ability to respond effectively on most sensitive issues
  • Ability to write report, manuals, framework, processes
  • Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to clients, top management, stakeholders.
  • Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, clients, top management to take action
