Here's a snapshot of your day;
  • Perform daily site inspections with a ‘find it first’ facilities mentality where you will look for opportunities to improve the workplace experience. Examples of this may be; identifying safety hazards, ensuring pantry consumables such as coffee and tea are readily available, cleaning standards have been maintained and the space is presentable for both visitors and employees etc.
  • Undertaking administrative duties by supporting employee meetings coordinator/ events & mails services
  • Manage an annual calendar of planned maintenance including scheduling in vendor services, collecting and reviewing service reports and updating CMMS records
  • Escort sub-contractors & vendors onsite 
  • Liaise with security and business units for access approval to secured workspaces
  • Support monthly finance processes including raising of Purchase Orders, Receipting and Invoicing
Skills and experience
  • Excellent Customer Service relationship skills.
  • Knowledge and application of Occupational Health & Safety Act, Essential Services regulations. 
  • Proactive, ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrable confidence and maturity in communications including good written and oral presentation skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and colleagues
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Offices Suites; Excel, Word, Outlook
