Key Responsibilities

·       Responsible for customer service operation & customer relationship maintenance

全面负责客户现场软服务的日常运行和客户关系维护, 协调现场硬服务需求

·       Subcontractor management and quality control (Cleaning/Security/indoor plant/landscaping/fish tank, etc.)

分包商质量控制和日常管理(保洁/保安/室内绿植/虫控/茶水间消耗品等)

·       Project internal administration related job

项目内部相关行政工作

·       Soft service consumable warehouse management

软服务日常耗材仓库管理

·       Customer service staff training & performance assessment

负责管理前台、热线、会服等客服员工的培训和绩效评估

·       Focus on the service data collection & analysis, and periodically submit the report

进行日常服务的数据收集和分析并定期提交服务报告

·       Conduct the customer service standardization operation procedure and continues improvement

主导客户服务相关标准化流程程序的制订和持续改进

·       Emergency case disposal and customer service complaint treatment

应急状况处置和客户投诉处理

·       Additional jobs issued by client & site manager

完成客户和现场经理交办的其他工作


Required Knowledge and Skills:

·       Technical knowledge: Familiar with computer skill such as word/excel/PPT, etc.

技术技能:熟悉电脑技能,例如word/excel/PPT

·       Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

沟通技能:娴熟的口头和书面沟通技巧

·       Problem solving: Has the ability to confidently work through problem and find solutions

解决问题能力:对于自信地解决难题和发现解决方案有较强的能力

·       Collaboration: Displays the ability to work in a team. Shares information and is prepared to assist colleagues when necessary in order to deliver a task or project

Qualifications and Education:

·       Diploma: Above or equal to bachelor degree学历:本科学历以上,良好书写能力

·       Experience: Over 3years admin working experience and working under high pressure
