CBRE are seeking a Facilities Manager to join our Property Management team responsible for a portfolio of industrial properties across Brisbane.

The Opportunity

  • Oversee building operations and deliver efficient and cost-effective management of a dedicated Industrial portfolio in a client-facing role
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of all building services within the portfolio
  • Manage the delivery of all Facilities Management services, tenant liaison and contractor management
  • Deliver superior customer service and develop key tenant stakeholder engagement by providing effective and timely communications to our tenants, stakeholders, and client
  • Manage operating expenditure, budgeting, produce & present monthly reporting, and financial reporting
  • Manage planned & preventative maintenance programs, and coordinate reactive maintenance services
  • Manage Essential Services Maintenance compliance
  • Provide technical input and advice to develop asset lifecycle programs and capital works programs
  • Risk management, compliance and sustainability initiatives are a strong focus
  • Work as a part of an experienced and supportive Facilities Management team and deliver exceptional results
  • Be part of a national team of Facilities Managers, all working together for the one client 

Your Background

  • Experience in Facilities Management with a strong focus on managing Commercial or Industrial assets, Logistic and/or Warehousing assets
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills to effectively manage multiple sites remotely
  • Demonstrated ability to use a work order management system effectively
  • Strong financial acumen and experience across operational facilities management, managing Capex and operating expenditure budgets
  • Experience in contractor management in commercial and Industrial building environment
  • The ability to build strong, effective working relationships with clients, tenants and stakeholders
  • Confidence and maturity in communication skills, including excellent written and oral presentation skills
