Job summary
This individual will lead facilities management within a growing Life Sciences/ Pharmaceutical manufacturing site located in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
Duties & responsibilities
- Leads technical and non-technical team to deliver service levels within the prescribed budget to the client.
- Reviews capital project and operating budget reports for multiple properties. Crafts action plans to promote continuous & process improvements. Leads oversight of contract and vendor services.
Supervisory responsibilities
Will lead a mix of direct and matrix reports. Approves subordinate's recommendations for staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Leads and supports staff in areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring and appraising performance and retention.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of eight years of related experience and/or training. Prior supervisory experience required.
Interpersonal Communication
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret business documents. Ability to respond to the most timely issues. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations to employees, clients, top management and public groups.
Financial knowledge
Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Reviews financial/business analysis and reports prepared by subordinates. Develops and implements financial policies and procedures.
Reasoning ability
Problem solving experience and ability to resolve issues. Requires high level analytical and quantitative skills with validated experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, intranet/internet. Ability to use work order system. Understanding of architectural, electrical, and mechanical systems. Knowledge of leases, contracts and related documents.
