Handle and process incoming calls as well as visitors. Assist to manage schedules, appointments, and travels, expense reimbursement etc. Arrange and co-ordinate meetings, conferences and events. Take meeting minutes when necessary. Prepare under guidance files, reports, ppts, memos and translate documents. Maintain and update management office files, records and publications. Collect and consolidate regular reports, track and follow up when necessary. Support office administrative matters such as office supplier maintenance, meeting room arrangement, photocopying etc. Prepare the invitation letter, arrange accommodation, draft agenda and schedules meetings for various visitors. Other work tasks and matters assigned. |
