JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the account's Electrical Engineering Reliability plans. Implements, coordinates and manages electrical distribution planning for a multi-building campus. Provides technical guidance and leadership to improve overall equipment uptime by driving inclusion of industry best practices for Reliability Centered Maintenance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversees electrical sub-stations, power distribution & prevents power disturbances.
Works with engineering and operations teams to perform analyses of assets including: overall equipment effectiveness, remaining useful life, other parameters that define operational condition, reliability and cost of asset operation.
Coordinates maintenance efforts with outside electrical contractors, tenant finish personnel and technicians.
Develops risk management plans that will anticipate reliability related and non-reliability related risks that could adversely impact FM operations.
Assists in operations and maintenance issues, troubleshooting and problem solving as required.
Recommends/implements improvements for preventive maintenance programs on an on-going basis and supports development/maintenance of effective building-specific maintenance procedure manuals.
Perform FMEA and Root Cause Failure analyses on assets where appropriate.
Define, design, develop, monitor and refine asset maintenance plans that includes: value added preventative maintenance tasks, effective utilization of predictive and other non-destructive testing methodologies designed to identify and isolate inherent reliability problems.
Establishes and monitors programs to ensure compliance with applicable codes, requisitions, government agency and company directives as related to building operations.
Responds to emergency situations (fire, evacuation, equipment failure etc.) and customer concerns as necessary.
Develops Electrical Engineering and other specifications and assist in solicitation for future sourcing of desired assets.
Performs other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. Coordinates and assigns tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
B.S. in Electrical Engineering (BSEE or BSEET) or related discipline and a minimum of 5 years of experience including electrical equipment or systems, preferably in a plant engineering or utilities support role, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge, understanding and experience working with reliability engineering principles is required.

Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
Customer service communication skills.
