We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in performance campaign management, SEO, and marketing automation to join our Digital Marketing team and actively contribute to lead generation and business growth.

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

The role will be integrated into the Marketing Department and will be responsible for performing the following functions:

 

  • Manage business acquisition campaigns (SEM) on Google Ads, with proven experience in strategies such as CPA, ROAS, PMax, Demand Gen, among others, focused on lead generation and sales;
  • Contribute to the optimization of organic positioning (SEO), collaborating in content creation and technical website improvement, based on data and best practices;
  • Analyze data and performance of our websites and digital channels, with proficiency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager, ensuring the correct implementation of conversions and relevant KPIs;
  • Manage paid media campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn Ads, with a strong performance focus;
  • Support the management and updating of the website through CMS – experience with Sitecore is valued;
  • Create and manage newsletters and automated communication flows, preferably using Salesforce Marketing Cloud;
  • Propose and implement A/B tests, contributing to ongoing improvement of user experience and conversion rates (CRO).

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields;
  • Additional training in Digital Marketing is an advantage;
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the described functions;
  • Strong technical command of the main platforms:
    • Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
    • GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console
    • SEO tools (Semrush, Sistrix, etc.)
    • Looker Studio / PowerBI
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar tools
  • Minimum English level of B2; Spanish knowledge is a plus;
  • Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and enjoyment of teamwork.
