Position Summary: 
The Digital Communications Manager is responsible for administering and overseeing communications across CBRE’s external and internal digital channels (website, social media, intranet, etc.), developing and implementing digital contents, and assisting with online and offline campaigns.
The role will also involve assisting with training and events, as well as working on creative and innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities: 
External content creator and manager: 
・Enhance CBRE and its brand through digital channels (website, social media, etc.)
・Assist in developing contents and campaigns, including graphics and video
・Serve as primary content manager for CBRE’s website - update and maintain accuracy / relevancy of corporate web contents and manage its day-to-day administration
・Serve as primary content manager for CBRE’s social media – coordinate, implement, and track activities; review the work of other content contributors
・Review and analyse utilization of digital channels and propose improvements to UX and contents
・Be a brand ambassador and drive consistency of the brand across digital channels

Internal digital platforms administrator: 
・Manage internal digital systems/platforms (intranet, email marketing and survey system)
・Work closely with Digital & Technology team and Internal Communications Manager to provide a user-friendly, up-to-date, and engaging intranet
・Lead an internal community of content owners and page editors, including providing training and support
・Support platform migration projects

Other: 
・Participate as a valued member of the Marketing & Communications team – including attending team meetings and providing support with marketing/branding and events
・Collaborate with counterparts in North Asia/APAC and the US on regional/global efforts

Required Knowledge & Skills: 
・Excellent verbal and written communication skills
・Fluent spoken and written Japanese; minimum business-level English
・Proficiency in creating contents for and managing social media platforms
・Proficiency in creating digital contents (text, images, videos)
・Demonstrated experience as a SharePoint (2013 to 365) administrator - site planning / creation, permissions management, and external sharing
・Ability to develop Power Automate flows and Power Apps applications a huge plus
・Proficiency with HTML and CSS
・Willingness to learn and adopt new tools and technology
・A can-do attitude
・Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
・Basic graphic design skills with Adobe Creative Suite
・Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) a plus
・Ability to forward plan, schedule, and manage priorities/deadlines
・Ability to manage expectations and work well with different teams and stakeholders
・Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
・A team player; excellent collaboration skills
・Friendly, approachable character and willingness to teach others

Experience: 
・A minimum of 2 relevant years’ experience; experience in working in a large corporate environment preferred
