A career with CBRE within the Singapore Marketing & Communications team, this role provides you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive CBRE brand and our leadership position in the real estate services industry.  The responsibility splits between social media and digital marketing, and external communications initiatives including media relations, thought leadership and client engagement.  The role will introduce and heighten the visibility of the CBRE brand to target external stakeholders in meaningful and innovated ways through compelling story-telling content. 


Digital Marketing 
  • Collaborate with corporate, regional and divisional digital teams to assess, plan and execute digital initiatives, campaigns and tools.
  • Develop and execute market digital strategies and integrated online strategy to grow web and social traffic, brand reach and revenue. 
  • Conceptualize, develop and implement customised content for CBRE Singapore social media channels, website and digital formats such as videos, eDMs and podcasts. 
  • Managing full spectrum of digital and social media engagement – develop compelling content to grow online communities, manage queries from public via the social media platforms, issues/crisis management
  • Manage the company website and devise recommendations to drive web visibility and traffic, using and not limited to, paid search, SEO, SEM and PPC
  • Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing 
  • Support in the planning and execution of digital and omni-channel events
  • Support in proactive media engagement, as well as managing media queries 
  • Craft and prepare corporate messages, press releases and communications  
  • Work closely with other functions in the wider Marketing & Communications team to communicate and amplify relevant content in a 360-integrated manner.  
  • Degree in Mass Communications/Marketing/Business or relevant discipline, preferably with also at least 2 to 3 years of experience working with the media.
  • Self-starter, with experience working in matrix organisations
  • A strong command of English, and the ability to write well in a variety of styles is a must. An effective communicator in both verbal & written presentations
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics. 
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM, display advertising campaigns and A/B and multivariate experiments 
  • Familiarity with video editing and graphic design is a plus but not essential
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, resourceful, meticulous in work execution and project management
  • Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment, juggling and executing on multiple priorities
  • Excellent people management skills
