Role Purpose

To lead on all current and future digital initiatives within the UK Residential business, working with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver the digital infrastructure required for the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining and enhancing the current digital infrastructure (developed in Excel, Tableau & Alteryx) in the Sales and Lettings teams to support key month end operational processes and to provide the business with ongoing management information.
• Work with senior stakeholders in the business to utilise the significant volume of data captured within the business, supporting improved decision-making or creating new commercial solutions.
• Operational lead for all digital and systems projects within Residential, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of outcomes
• Key point of contacts on relationships with key 3rd Party systems providers such as Reapit, Rightmove, Zoopla

Person Specification/Requirements

• Excellent Excel and Tableau skills
• Minimum of three years experience with working with databases
• Strong Analytical skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
• Maintains a positive attitude towards routine tasks
• Organised and good project management skills
• High attention to detail
• Team player who can support colleagues and clients

The Team

The UK Residential team provide a full range of residential services to developers and investors. Our residential experts are able to fulfil our clients’ needs across the whole life cycle of their residential property lifecycle. Our residential land agents specialise in buying and selling land for developers to build residential homes on. Our Capital Markets team specialise in advising developers on how to fund their developments whether they are building build-to-sell (BTS), build-to-rent (BTR), affordable housing, student housing or co-living accommodation. Our development consultants advise clients on how best to optimise the design of their homes (both BTS and BTR) for their target market. Our agency sales and lettings team then build a bespoke strategy to successfully take their development to market. We have complimentary sales teams in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing and Shenzhen who also sell our schemes to investors there. Our property management team can service the tenancy of the homes once they are let. We also have a Private Office team who specialise in buying and selling properties over £10 million in London and the home counites for ultra-high net worth individuals.
