The Sales Management team plays a pivotal role in aligning all the business verticals on a unified data and decision-making platform. As a member of this team servicing the Singapore business, the position holder would be involved in assisting Sales Management team, while interacting with business leaders and members of all business verticals to drive business goals through data, analytics and visualization.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with team and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate data into business insights.
• Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions.
• Perform and document data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design.
• Review and improve existing systems and collaborate with teams to integrate new systems.
• Proactively identify trends both internal and external to influence future sales strategy and provide recommendations for priorities
• Support data initiatives as required

Basic Qualifications & Personal Attributes:
• Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years’ experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence or similar role.
• Experience with developing, maintaining and managing Tableau driven dashboards & analytics and working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture.
• Logical thinker with ability to perform quantitative analysis and translate results into meaningful business insights.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, and ability to interface with Business, Analytics, and IT organizations.
• Knowledge of SQL, ETL tools and Python programming language a plus.
