The Opportunity

CBRE is seeking a talented designer to lead Creative Design Services in the GTA to set an exemplary standard of design. You will prepare presentations and proposals with recommendations for new business development while meeting established branding and messaging standards. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manages the entire proposal and presentation process from inception to completion. 
Responsible for the delivery of high-quality design and layout of CBRE’s brand, including but not limited to, marketing campaigns, pitch proposals, presentations, IMs.
Reviews internal and external collateral materials, ensures appropriate branding, and approves materials for final distribution.
Setting the strategy for the Creative team as it relates to print design, digital assets, motion graphics, infographics, production, and creative inspiration
Centralize and standardize current structure, processes, training methods and protocol in order to ensure consistency and efficiency throughout CDS in SWO.
Oversees departmental graphic design standards
Assists in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and performs research and analysis to support those strategies. 
Provides marketing education and training on tools, resources, as well as technical assistance to staff. 
Ensures compliance with company standards with the company logo and consistency of marketing products. 
Manage career development for the CDS teams alongside management 
Acts as a liaison with National teams to ensure alignment with new world-wide design initiatives
May prepare monthly and quarterly marketing reports for management. 
May serve as the contact for advertising and promotion for a local area office. Other duties may be assigned.




Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education from a four-year recognized institution and a minimum of four to six years of related experience and/or training, with experience in commercial real estate, preferred. 
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet research, and Web Publishing skills. 
Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. 
Must have fundamental knowledge of print and web publishing and graphic design principles. 
Intermediate skills with web design. 
Strong editing and writing skills are required.
Familiarity with Adobe Dreamweaver will be considered an asset.
Basic project management knowledge is required.
