This is a 12-month parental leave Creative Designer role that is responsible for the execution of campaigns, making sure visuals, messaging and websites are aligned and delivered to a high quality. You will empower designers across the business with the tools and expertise to create with confidence, tell stories with impact, and align to brand. 

About the role:
 
  • Joining our Marketing & Communications leadership team, you will co-create strategic annual marketing plans aligned to key business objectives, growth areas and marketing deliverables 
  • Conceptualise campaigns for major CBRE projects and communicate with creative team to deliver campaign assets (including content, design, digital) 
  • Juggle competing priorities as they arise and work with business line leadership to solve; managing outsourced solutions when required. 
  • Lead team to execute and deliver to deadlines, delegate tasks, and foster their career development by identifying and providing development opportunities, connecting with local, regional, and global teams 
  • Proactively develop programs, tools and training that increase design/creative capability and efficiency across the design/marketing network. 

About you:  

  • Demonstrated track record in innovative marketing campaign development and execution 
  • Knowledge of the end-to-end process of marketing, brand, and content campaigns 
  • Qualification in a marketing, communications, or design discipline desired 
  • Experience working in fast-paced in-house marketing team or creative agency environments 
  • Exceptional influencing skills and experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful business outcomes 
  • Superior organisational and project management skills 
  • Ability to work collaboratively across the team while taking ownership of own tasks 
  • Ability to multitask numerous projects of both a strategic and tactical nature 
  • Passion for problem solving, creative thinking and strong commercial acumen.
