Here’s a snapshot of your day:
  • Manage daily phone queries, central reservation inbox queries and bookings (AV, meeting rooms and catering requests)
  • Book, coordinate and follow up on any bookings for client within required timelines following established SOPs
  • Ensure all clients requirements are met within the Guest Relations functions with a high level of professionalism
  • Demonstrate high energy and engagement with your client interactions
  • Assist catering team with any client requirements and coordinate any orders required.
  • Assist with facilities tasks as required

Here are strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful:
  • Previous room booking, concierge, reception and/or coordination experience in a corporate reception, five star hotel or premium services environment is highly regarded
  • Passionate about service delivery and finds satisfaction with exceeding client expectations 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven time management and prioritization experience
  • Basic understanding of audio visual systems highly regarded
  • Experience in Microsoft Office – specifically Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
