The Corporate Concierge is the ‘face’ of the Clients business, you will be the first point of engagement with the visitors and clients; creating warm, genuine and service oriented atmosphere that enhances the experience.


Here’s a snapshot of your day:
  • Managing incoming telephone calls and ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
  • Meet and greet all clients and visitors and ensure the reception area is impeccable at all times
  • Assisting in preparing and setting up conference/meeting rooms
  • Coordinates catering for meetings and events
  • Booking of the couriers and assisting with deliveries, parcels and mails.
  • Main point of contact for office facilities maintenance
  • Maintains facilities requests including raising purchase orders, maintenance, inspection, service logs and managing contractors on site
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and experience:
  • Experience in a reception/guest relation role in a corporate office environment
  • Natural with meeting and engaging a wide range of people; able to form genuine rapport and meaningful relationships 
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite– Word, Excel, Outlook
