Here's a snapshot of your day:

  • Meet and greet large volumes of clients and visitors. Provide assistance based on their needs and manage booking systems as per client requests.
  • Provide operational support across multiple sites (including central reservations and switchboard)
  • Provide hosting service to key reception locations via mobile technology, congeniality, and client engagement. 
  • Ensure meeting rooms, reception area and client spaces are maintained
  • Assist with beverage service, catering, audio visual and other equipment requirements when required
  • Communicate with Guest Relations Senior Manager constantly on all feedbacks, and address any issues or concerns where appropriate 

Skills and experience:

  • Experience in a corporate reception or five-star hotel environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Immaculate personal presentation, high level of professionalism and integrity 
  • Passionate about service delivery and finds satisfaction with exceeding client expectations
