We are currently in-search of a Part-Time Compliance Analyst to assist the Regional Compliance Manager in full range of matters related to compliance, governance, risk, investigations, and compliance training across APAC.

Duties and Responsibilities

Compliance
  • Assisting in the regulatory compliance program, e.g. Anti-money Laundering, Personal Data Protection, Document Retention etc.

Training and Education
  • Monitor new joiners training programs on the Company’s Standards of Business Conduct, Anti-Corruption and other compliance related topics; 
  • Prepare relevant trainings materials (online and hard copy version) for all languages as required; 
  • Partner with Country Compliance Officers and to ensure timely completion of the compliance training by all employees in the respective countries responsible.
  • Responsible for Learning System (Talent Coach) including mark completion on LMS for hard copy version.

Communications 
  • Develop and manage Intranet site for APAC Ethics and Compliance team
  • Develop and manage Intranet page for each country in APAC.
  • Arrange the communications or news across APAC
  • Prepare and arrange the Message / Memos from APAC level for Chief Regional Compliance Officer.
  • Develop and manage myPolicy portal (ServiceNow).
