Overall Responsibility 

The Community Host is responsible for delivering the promise of "Twice the Experience". They are employee and client experience curators, creating moments of delight and care through memorable, anticipatory, and personalized human interactions. They support the planning of employee engagement events & Activities, leveraging F&B to curate experiences & entertainment. Serves as point of contact for employee feedback on in-house initiatives. Executing strategies for effective communications with community members, maintaining and creating high-quality relationships with employees.

1. Minimum 2 years experience of working at the Front of House within 5* Hotel or Airline industry
2. Corporate hospitality experience desired
3. Food, beverage, and corporate catering experience required
4. Event organization experience required
5. Change management experience is desired
6. Experience in working within a demanding fast-paced environment involving high levels of customer care
7. Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills
8. Proficiency in MS applications.
