JOB SUMMARY  

This position is intended to provide consistent support for specific client/account needs in the areas of management information through on time-delivery of reports, projects and continuous improvements resulting to optimum service delivery to GWK clients. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  
  • Responsible for continuously reviewing, upgrading and integrating systems and business processes to achieve higher productivity, lower cost and overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop innovative solutions and manage projects that exceed customer requirements.
  • Responsible for evaluating ways in which failures can occur in a system/process
  • Responsible for consistently deliver reports on time
  • Supports BI Projects – Dashboard development and maintenance
  • Define systems, methodologies, processes and control mechanisms in the area of management information and report generation.
  • Ensure defined solutions/tools are aligned to long term directions of client and management.
  • Provide analytical support to the Global team and MI Analyst
  • Understand account requirements in order to improve client service
  • Improve processes, procedures, communication and decision making aspects of management systems and report generation.
  • Reduce complex business processes
  • Work closely to manage the flow of information and communication between BI Analyst and Senior Reporting & Analytics Manager
  • Periodically review all reports prepared by the team prior to release to the client 
  • Ensure the accuracy and relevance of all reports submitted to the client
  • Partner with cross-account BI Accounts Supervisor in driving and identifying best practices; standardizing of such in respective accounts.
  • Report on a regular basis the status of all activities to the Senior Reporting & Analytics Manager
  • Ensure a smooth transition of a specific account from the Senior Reporting & Analytics Manager
  • Support monthly reporting for countries assigned: Switzerland, France, Poland, Malaysia (Back up for Luxembourg and Philippines)
  • Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES  

Provides formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area.  Recommends staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination.  Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime.  Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff.  Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies.  Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE  

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university required. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES  

None.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS  

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE  

Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts and commissions. Conducts advanced financial analysis.

REASONING ABILITY  

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES  

Advance experience in MS Office Products (Excel, Access, Power Point, Word, etc). Ability to use query and report generation tools. Self-service/web based application experience desired.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY  

Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.

Willing to work on any shift and onsite (HYBRID arrangement) depending on business needs
