Ensures effective and smooth integration of new business processes and tools, for client sites globally.

Responsible for process development, program improvement, and various quality initiatives and consulting services.




Identifies operational and integration issues, and develops solutions for clients.


Plans, prioritizes, organizes and manages all integration activity to meet business objectives. Establishes methods and metrics to evaluate accomplishment of stated objectives.


Partners with other team members and the client to implement an integration of tools and templates to ensure that people, systems, and processes are seamlessly integrated into the business structure.



Develops, implements and maintains key processes to be followed by a function(s).  Defines priorities for site, area and function planning as part of client engagement.


Assists on assigned process redesign projects to promote effective, efficient and economic business practices.


Evaluates alternate processing strategies and the potential benefits to be derived from their implementation.


Develops tools to understand risk assessment in alignment with clients financial and compliance policies and procedures.


Works with operation and support teams to facilitate data mapping, implement training plans, and develop management information reporting.


May conduct periodic interviews of business unit and other client leaders to identify future business direction related to growth, labor, market changes and other issues that could impact real estate requirements or provide insights relative to optimization-focused initiatives as required.



May develop benchmarks for the client's real estate portfolio to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.



Performs other duties as assigned.









May provide formal supervision to a team of employees within multiple functional and operational areas. Approves subordinate's recommendations for staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination.  Effectively recommends same for direct reports to next level management for review and approval.  Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime.  Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff.  Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies.  Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of eight years of related experience and/or training in operations, finance, accounting, consulting, or project management, including experience in business integration and real estate experience is required



Professional certification, professional designations (e.g. BCCR, CCIM, CPM, MAI) and/or graduate level training in commercial real estate is desirable.




Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents.  Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style.  Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups. Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues.



Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles. Reviews complex financial/business analysis and reports. Ability to analyze highly complex business/financial data and develop innovative solutions.



Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix-based multi-industry sales environment. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company.



Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite Products. Highly collaborative in a team environment
