Job Summary:

The Techno functional Role is primarily focused on supporting CBRE’s Coupa Procure to Pay(P2P) global platform. As a Techno functional analyst, the person will be responsible for maintain the Coupa Procure to Pay(P2P) global platform and supporting integrations with various ERP applications Includes Peoplesoft , JDE and iScala along with CMMS systems.

The Techno Functional Analyst will provide daily ongoing support for Coupa Procure to Pay(P2P) global platform. The Techno functional will be responsible for Coupa configuration, administration, creating workflows, and support various project implementation activities with Integrations. This person should have hands on experience in support and implementation of Coupa application. The role will also be accountable to implement CBRE D&T strategies, principles, standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines.


    • Perform common Coupa Admin tasks, Configure Content Groups, Look-ups, Chart of Accounts, approval chains, PO Customizations, Tax codes, PO Transmission methods, is required.
    • Ability to work in onshore / offshore model.
    • Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues specific to Coupa.
  • Collaborate with various cross functional teams to resolve Integration issues.
    • Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team members.
    • Provide deep Coupa functional & technical expertise in the Procure to Pay end to end process area, as well as proven knowledge of key integration points across with ERP and Coupa.
  • Ability to manage Incidents and Change Requests.
  • Creates positive working relationships with customers and colleagues while assisting them using existing support guidelines. Demonstrate effective internal and external communication skills.
  • Support project implementation transition to the support organization through knowledge transfer.
  • Performs single user training, documentation of routine tasks and desk procedures related to support, reviewing tickets for assigned applications including correct prioritization of work.


    • The Techno functional consultant should have 4 to 8 years of Coupa implementation/ support experience.
    • Coupa Platform Certification is preferred.
    • Experience in Coupa P2P is required.
  • Broad knowledge of procurement, sourcing, category management and vendor management.
  • Strong knowledge in Webservices and various integration methods
  • Strong knowledge in Oracle and SQL queries
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage large scale projects is a plus.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with ERP/Middleware Integration support
    • Experience in building dynamic and static workflows.
    • Experience in configuring Coupa API integrations
    • Experience in working with Middleware teams.
    • Experience in Coupa Complaint Invoicing, ok2pay transmission, Invoice Posting in Peoplesoft/JDE or ERP Systems.
    • Strong knowledge in Enable cXML Suppliers, Punch outs & Catalogues, Contracts, PO cXML
    • Strong knowledge in PO backed/Non-PO backed invoice processing.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
