  1. Candidate will be a part of core team of Investment Risk Monitoring Business in Mumbai.
  2. It will be closely working on the mandates of Real Estate Projects with the various fund houses.
  3. Will require to analyse sales, cost and cash flows of the project. Need to understand the actual position of the Project compared with its projected cash flows.
  4. Need to have close eye on the utilization of funds released for the project.
  5. Will be responsible for looking after Operations Management including Sales Audit, Escrow Account Monitoring, NoC issuance tracking, fund release monitoring, etc. for Real Estate projects.
  6. Should have knowledge of IFRS, Financial Analysis, Risk Assessment and ability to interpret Accounts.
  7. Good communication and analytical skills, report writing capabilities and detail-oriented
  8. Min 1 year of experience in Finance/Accounting or Audit – preference for candidates who have worked for Real Estate Funds, Developers, Equity Research, etc.
  9. Should be well-versed with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Accounting and Taxation knowledge.
  10. Educational Background – Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Finance / CFA / CA-Inter from Tier A / B institute
