CBRE is currently seeking to fill a senior-level position in its rapidly growing APAC Agile Practice within the Advisory & Transaction Services group. The purpose of this position is to provide ongoing execution and management of agile (coworking, serviced office, managed space, desk passes etc.) real estate transaction activities on behalf of our corporate clients across the entire Asia Pacific region. Reporting to the regional leader for the Agile Practice in Asia Pacific, the successful candidate will also support business development, and the development of a regional community of agile capability.

Key Responsibilities

Execute agile end-to-end transactions independently :
  • Match flexible space needs to current market availabilities, utilising internal databases and working closely with agile providers to obtain up-to-date inventory information
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with agile providers in priority regions/markets.
  • Work with account teams and clients to understand current and future agile spaces needs, including desire, demand and timing
  • Act as the tenant agent and effectively negotiate the business terms and conditions for a wide variety of agile commercial real estate products
  • Draft and create analyses and relevant documents, including but not limited to: project initiation, market comparable reports, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), proposal comparison packages, letters of intent, etc
  • Track all transaction activity, prepare commission forecasts, and account for all savings results achieved on behalf of clients

Partner on large agile transactions:
  • Partner with local market broker teams where appropriate on individual large transactions via (FAST) information and expertise
  • Drive additional value in negotiations with operators via group buying power and specialist knowledge
  • Work with Agile platform lead on strategic transactions and analysis and on multi-geography/portfolio transactions, supporting account teams with these programs

Develop agile business:
  • Consistently feed account teams educational information, relevant provider updates and agile trends that will enable them to deliver valuable counsel and perspectives to their clients
  • Collaborate with Agile platform lead and local agile contacts to develop marketing and research including developing best practices and lessons learned documents, developing new client solutions and opportunities to leverage larger CBRE platform
  • Act as regional market expert and field agile-oriented questions, inquiries and information requests to brokers, account teams and partners in a timely manner
  • Work with the agile platform lead to establish centralized platform, efficiencies in process and further automation over time

Knowledge management:
  • Work and establish/maintain relationships with key local flexible providers across APAC to understand locations, products, pricing and fee structures
  • Coordinate in-office presentation or promotions with agile providers; present on agile updates as needed in market meetings
  • Collect and share best practices with entire team/Flexperts (Case Studies, FAQ, Best Practices)

Skills & Experience
  • 7 years’ relevant real estate experience required; agile transaction experience advantageous
  • Ability to act swiftly, with autonomy, to solve problems and think creatively
  • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite Products
  • Knowledge of coworking and agile space landscape preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).  Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to clients and local brokers
  • Comfortable conducting basic financial analysis, calculating sales figures, and analyzing and selling with data
  • Excels under pressure, works well independently and on a team
  • Thrives in fast-paced environment, likes transacting deals, and has "growth mentality" or "entrepreneurial mindset"
