As a core member of CBRE’s regional Sustainability team, this role will specialise in building sustainability services, including green building consultancy using systems such as LEED, WELL, GRESB, Green Mark, and energy efficiency improvement advisory services, including ASHRAE energy audits.
Whether providing stand-alone energy efficiency advisory, program managing, or working as an integral member of green building certification project teams, this role will be expected to provide proven energy and sustainability solutions, prioritized and optimized to be cost-effective and achieve client project goals and corporate sustainability targets.

Working closely with the client, Sustainability team and the Asset Services team some of your responsibilities will include;
  • Provide LEED advice and management.
  • Provide WELL advice and management.
  • Provide Green Mark advice and management.
  • Provide GRESB sustainability reporting advice and management.
  • Develop cost effective solutions to reduce and optimize the consumption of energy and water.
  • Provide building optimization advice and assist with the development of sustainability strategies.
  • Maintain high professional standards of service and meet all client deadlines.
  • Work with CBRE’s Director of Sustainability to raise awareness of sustainability internally.
  • Monitor and advise on legislative changes impacting the client and CBRE.
  • Assist with the development and analysis of detailed reporting and statistics.
Required Knowledge & Skills: 
  • You will be proactive, approachable and professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to understand the client’s service delivery expectations, build effective working relationships, and deliver on project deadlines.
  • Your superior knowledge of environmental reporting requirements, LEED, WELL or GRESB principles will be an added advantage.
  • A high level of attention to detail is required as well as strong organizational and time management skills.
  • In-depth expertise in building energy and HVAC systems, with extensive experience working on a wide variety of asset classes and project types in countries across Asia.
  • Proven energy and sustainability solutions record, with demonstrable examples of the implementation of sustainability initiatives
  • Comprehensive project experience allows to bring new perspectives to projects aligned with internationally recognized industry standards.
Required Qualifications:
  • Green Mark AP
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree qualification in building science, sustainable architecture, environmental management, engineering or property management
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar position
