You will be responsible for the financial, administrative & operational tasks within the Victorian office leasing team. Reporting to the state director, this role supports the broader team to drive success!

Here’s what you’ll focus on:

  • Manage workflow for all team members to improve process and implement new initiatives to drive success
  • Co-ordinate general marketing initiatives, including researching, preparing, assembling, editing, formatting and writing publications (and/or website material) associated with the leasing of various property types.
  • Provide direct support for Trust Accounting and Commission Invoicing for the team
  • Manage governance for CBRE platforms utilised by the team
  • Plan, organise and implement external and internal events and initiatives
  • Oversee operating expenses and assist in managing debtors and conducting monthly forecasting
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding, alongside the Victorian Operations Manager

About you:

  • Great attention to detail and ability to remain focused on specific tasks
  • Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft 365 Suite
  • Willingness and ability to work within a team environment
