We currently have an excellent opportunity for a dynamic Support Coordinator to join our highly successful Commercial Valuations team. You will be working alongside our local Support team in Springwood, our Administration team within Manilla and Commercial Valuations team nationally to provide outstanding administrative support services to our Valuers.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high quality support, including the drafting and preparation of reports
  • Providing high quality administrative support including but not limited to quote and invoice management, communication with clients and third-party suppliers and management of a high-volume inbox
  • Finance administration – Processing expenses, invoicing for team
  • Managing travel arrangements for the team

As the successful candidate, you will have:

  • A positive attitude and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Your communication and organisational skills will be held in high regard and you will have a proactive approach.
  • You will have high attention to detail and demonstrated time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines whilst managing conflicting and varied demands in a mature and professional manner.  
  • You will have advanced computer skills including excel, word and powerpoint
  • Experience utilising systems for data entry purposes
