About the Role

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Compliance Supervisor to support compliance delivery across a national facilities management contract. This role plays a key part in ensuring our clients’ sites are fully compliant—particularly around asset management, technical documentation, and planned maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete asset verifications across the UK in partnership with CBRE teams, clients, landlords, and contractors.
  • Ensure all fixed plant and equipment are correctly identified and included in IFM Hub maintenance schedules.
  • Develop planned maintenance programmes and labour-loading schedules in line with SFG20 and industry best practice.
  • Support root cause analysis and reporting for critical asset failures with engineering teams.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records, service documentation, and technical data within CBRE systems.
  • Identify gaps in compliance records and propose improvement actions to senior and on-site teams.
  • Collaborate with the account leadership team to meet service level agreements.
  • Monitor performance data, analyse trends, and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Assist in reviewing policies, procedures, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Strong general education with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working on compliance within a facilities management environment.
  • Knowledge of asset identification and building planned maintenance activities aligned to SFG20.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and methodical in approach.
  • Familiarity with CBRE systems—particularly IFM Hub—beneficial.
  • Flexibility to travel nationally.
