Transaction Programme Manager

Reports To: EMEA TM Director

Location: London (preferred)

CBRE UK are looking for an established Transaction Manager to join the expanding Advisory and Transactions team. Accountable for overall success of Transaction delivery (from Global Workplace Services engagement to initial occupancy) within an allocated portfolio in EMEA, you will lead on Tier 1 supplier management, focusing on working in partnership to achieve optimal outcomes in support of client’s business goals and objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall implementation of the Transaction process, including lease/sublease initiation, renewals or terminations, property acquisition/disposition process within pressing critical date deadlines
  • Management of appropriate lead times to procure Tier 1 brokerage support, mindful of business demands and portfolio deadlines
  • In turn, development of a detailed RFP for issuance to Tier 1 broker and together with procurement and client, collaborate on the decision-making process to award
  • Responsible for onboarding and managing Tier 1 broker partners and aligning success of Tier 1 partners with the Integrator success
  • Communicate guidelines (playbook) for the transaction delivery to Tier 1 partners and ensure processes and reporting are properly executed and reported back to Transaction Programme Management Lead
  • Provide oversight and management accountability for the delivery of Project scope, schedule, and budget in accordance with approved Business Cases (PER’s)
  • Provide overall support for all transaction and strategy reporting requirements as described in the TM playbooks
  • Implement efficient and consistent communication protocol with Tier 1 providers and client
  • Integrate with Finance, Operations and PM, Lease Admin, Security, etc to ensure integrated delivery Excellence
  • Support with the collection and reporting of KPI and benchmark data
  • Support Project Programme Manager in the interfacing and collaboration with the Global Finance Group to consolidate the CapEx and OpEx budgets for planned transactions and projects in region
  • Propose & seek approval for process improvement with Global Workplace Strategy team and provide feedback

Key Requirements:


Experience

  • Proven transaction management experience on a pan-European corporate account with direct client interface experience
  • Experience leading major projects, involving complex scenarios and considerations
  • Experience with selecting and managing external brokers
  • Experience working on a multi-service integrated corporate account
  • Experience with various technology solutions for transaction management, budget management and lease administration

Skills & Qualifications

  • MRICS preferred
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills
  • Exceptional knowledge and application of working across EMEA markets
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with critical deadlines
