Get ready to step into the vibrant world of Real Estates! For our Letting & Sales department, we're currently looking for an Office Senior Consultant. You'll be responsible for expanding CBRE’s market share by targeting mid-size and large corporates for your clients, i.e. national and international landlords, investors and REITs. You will be in charge to define a letting strategy with your clients for their office portfolio and develop a long-term relationship with existing and new clients, corporate and public identities.

What’s in it for you?

  • Advise clients from initial contact through contract to close, providing counsel on market conditions, prices, and financial options
  • Select and show properties that meet clients’ needs, identifying the best options to meet those needs, refining needs along the way
  • Head up the negotiations with industry professionals and clients, review contracts terms, and verify accuracy
  • Networking on owners and occupiers' side /Participate in as many Real Estate industry events as possible

Let’s talk about you

  • You have at least 3 years’ experience in the office market in Luxembourg
  • In depth knowledge of the Luxembourgish real estate market and good local network
  • You have a friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills, especially empathy and diplomacy, capable to generate and build long-term relationships with clients
  • You like working in the field, participate to networking events on a very regular basis and you have started to develop a sound network
  • You are diligent with a “can-do” attitude and a real team-player who can also work independently
  • You are fluent in French and English
