Job Responsibilities
  • Manage day to day administrations including finance related matters and end to end escalations
  • Vendor Management duties to help fulfill the client's procurement framework requirements.
  • Administering procurement processes on CBRE's and client's procurement systems
  • Uphold supplier governance, strategic alignment, performance & compliance 
  • To plan, coordinate and support workstream meetings with relevant stakeholders
  • Providing business support to ensure uninterrupted service provision from suppliers
  • Support end to end contract procurement/renewal processes in conjunction with the client’s supply chain team
  • Actively seek value enhancements and best practices for suppliers
Key Requirements
  • Ideally 5 years of experience in vendor management and/or procurement
  • Min. Diploma in Business/Management or equivalent
  • Communication: IT literate and competent using MS Office, with excellent report writing and presentation skills
  • Collaboration: A team player, with excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to balance the needs of the vendor and client in a highly dynamic and team orientated environment
  • Desire to learn: displays a willingness and enthusiasm to learn, able to be guided by management and stays up to date with the latest industry information
