CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting an UK & I Operations Lead to join the team located in London. The UK & I Operations Lead (EMEA) will be responsible for the delivery of all aspects of the facilities management scope of services to ensure a consistent and high-level service delivery through developing an excellent relationship (partnership) with the internal client and external suppliers. 

Role Summary:

Act as single point of contact and develops positive relationships with the client for all facilities management services issues in the UK & I location(s) and where requested with specific EMEA locations
Oversee staff training Development programmes and performance aspects within account model
Manage contractual relationships and works with the Client’s Representative to assure excellent service delivery to Client’s locations; reviews and monitors performance in line with agreed KPI or SLA
Accountable for $7,500,000 GMP Budget for all locations within the UK & I portfolio 
Accountable for driven savings in line with contractual requirement in UK & I 
Reviews and establishes procedure playbooks for their locations that demonstrate performance is being consistently delivered
Accountable for team leadership of 23 staff
Manage the effective implementation of CBRE QHSE policies and procedures as set out by our central QHSE platform
Specific to the UK (and EMEA as directed), develops and controls an annual facility budget (GMP Fixed and Variable), including direct and indirect contract service expenses, Supplier management and cost savings, energy management expenses and project/capital item management
Ensure superior delivery of all contract deliverables, including measurable value-add, innovation, continuous improvement and ensures positive customer satisfaction feedback
Maintain close working relations with the Landlords and Key Supplier contacts regarding any FM related issues, ensuring a proactive approach is maintained
Ensure all statutory compliance requirements are met as directed by the QHSE & Risk Lead and the Engineering Supervisor
Demonstrate tangible leadership and relationship management skills both across primary account’s client stakeholders and CBRE Account team
Ensure compliance in accordance to the CBRE platform and Global Standards

Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Facilities, Real Estate Management or Hospitality, or equivalent through experience
Multiple years of operational experience with emphasis on integrated real estate services 
Demonstrated leadership/management skills to deal with issues ranging from senior level to administrative to maintenance/engineering
Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills
Ability to manage multi-million Pound/Dollar budgets and to have a detailed understanding of ‘Guaranteed Maximum Price’ Contracts, savings initiative experience and EMEA procurement strategies
Excellent MS Office Suite skills
Demonstrable Health & Safety knowledge and/or experience
Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service 
Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style
Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups
Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action
Demonstrate an ability to solve complex problems and deliver a variety of options in complex situations
