Job Title: Transitions Accounts Advisor
Location: Pacific House, 70 Wellington Street, Glasgow, G2 6UA
Role Purpose

Working in one of the Property Management operational teams. Onboarding and offboarding of client’s assets into and out from CBRE’s management.

Key Responsibilities

Working with internal and external parties to ensure a successful transition in line with internal KPIs or contractual terms
Reconciling and posting take on information in line with agreed processes 
Trial balance management of properties leaving CBRE’s management ensuring control balances are appropriately accounted for in line with Sale agreement.
Arranging and hosting internal stakeholder meetings
Process payments to external parties as require
Undertaking project work to support re-engineering or efficiency improvement
Support any ad hoc requests

Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook) required
Experience in using Property Management systems, particularly Yardi, would be advantageous
