We currently have an opportunity for an Executive Assistant to provide a wide range of business administrative and general support duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature to executive leadership.

Your main responsibilities: 
-   Manages calendar and meeting schedule for Global Head of Investor Thought Leadership & APAC Head of Research with coordination with others across different time zones;
-   Coordinates, and supports meeting and conferences in global locations incl. room booking in various offices across the geographical regions;
-   Arranges domestic and international travel, ensuring company and department approvals process is followed;
-   Drafts confidential correspondence, edit documents, take and transcribe minutes of meetings, and perform other administrative and secretarial duties;
-   Reviews incoming correspondence via paper or email via monitoring Outlook inbox, lead initiative to determine appropriate action required; leads and monitors issues for appropriate follow up;
-   Serves as a delegate for the Head of Research to filter through various requests and takes action when necessary;
-   Serves as delegate for management system approvals; 
-   Creates various regular reports, including client engagement reports; and expense reports to ensures the team operates effectively for the management;   
-   Serves as a liaison between executives, internal management, employees, clients, and visitors as required;
-   Takes independent action on handling requests; determines the appropriate course of action, intervenes where necessary, and acts as a liaison between departments;
-   Decisions made with thorough knowledge of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines; 
-   Responsible for setting own project deadlines. 

To be considered for this position you must have:
-   A Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year college or university preferred;
-   3 years’ experience providing administrative support to multiple or team of professionals;
-   Ability to determine and respond to conflicting priorities preferred;
-   Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite required;
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
-   Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese;
-   Strong organizational and analytical skills; 
-   Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers;
-   Ability to effectively present information, and to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents;
-   Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations; 
-   Intermediate analytical and quantitative skills. 

Financial Knowledge: 
-   Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles;
-   Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions;
-   Conducts basic financial analysis. 

Reasoning Ability:
-   Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations; 
-   Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
