To lead the Talent, Learning & Development function within CBRE Korea working as an individual contributor.

Provide functional leadership to both the business and People team in the areas of talent/succession planning, leadership capability development, professional development, early careers development and digital learning strategy. Ensure Talent and Learning programmes and initiatives help enable achievement of both the CBRE enterprise and the Advisory Services business strategic priorities and growth agenda.

Ensure CBRE adopts a best in class and inclusive approach to talent management and learning, that supports delivery of a world class employee experience, cultivates a strong learning culture across all areas the business and supports delivery of the overall global/regional employee engagement vision and strategy. 

Key Responsibilities:
Consult with key business and functional senior leaders to understand business needs to design and deliver high impact talent and learning programmes 
Partner at a strategic level with the business on employee engagement action planning 
Lead talent and succession planning process ensuring the identification of high potential talent and targeted development plans are in place and executed 
Deliver leadership, management and talent programmes in partnership with the business
Manage the overall learning curriculum ensuring current and future needs are aligned to the strategic business priorities, and that this is supportive of the Regional and Global Talent and Learning strategy
Evaluate and report on the business impact as a result of talent and learning programmes
Accountable for overall utilisation and optimisation of CBRE talent and learning platforms 
Ensure digital learning is an integral and integrated part of the development offering and includes the utilisation of exiting global learning content such as HMM and LinkedIn Learning, as well as internally created and curated content
Be proactive in sharing in region best practice with peers across the global Talent, Learning & Development team
Training delivery and meeting facilitation as the business requires
Lead and manage the annual Performance Management cycle 
Drive utilisation and uptake of CBRE’s learning management system (Corner Stone)– Talent Coach
Provide operational support for overall People (HR) team initiatives and duties

Education and Experience:
Formal qualifications in Business, HR, Organisation Development or related disciplined preferred
Previous In-depth experience in a Talent Management or Learning & Development role in a global MNC (5~10 years’ experience preferred)
Experience working within a highly matrixed work environment
Demonstrated understanding of future learning & leadership trends and innovation
Ability to engage and interact at a senior executive level
Ability to communicate at all levels within the organisation with strong influence skills
Strong facilitation skills and presentation skills
Can work independently and with flexibility, operates with tenacity
Ability to coach, develop and manage talent
Able to identify learning and career opportunities for self and others
Ability to collaborate and influence across business lines, geographies and teams – team player
Highly organised, with attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Must be capable of establishing internal and external networks and working on cross-functional teams globally and in-region
Experience using Microsoft office suite
