The Team 

The Sourcing and Productivity Centre (SPC) is being developed to support our Sourcing organization in Asia Pacific. The team focuses on providing the foundations and engine of a world class category management organization for Real Estate and Property professionals to work effectively with clients leveraging best-in-class processes and tools to deliver meaningful outcomes. 

The purpose of this position is to support the operational execution and business analytics within the North American Sourcing organization. The individual will be required to support processes and initiatives to drive operational efficiency through the sourcing organization to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spend analytics and reporting, including providing monthly management reporting by country and Client.

  • Supplier performance measurements (delivery, quality, lead time) and reporting

  • Establishing centralized benchmarking data

  • Supplier business reviews oversight and criteria for Supplier Quality Development (SQD)

  • Data cleansing 

  • Standard cost governance

  • Supplier financial risk assessment

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to effectively present information. 

  • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues. 

  • Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. 

  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. 

  • Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. 

  • Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills. 

  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite. 

  • Working knowledge of database reporting and platform manipulation. 

  • Familiarity with use of contracts management tools and platforms. 

  • Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. 

  • Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. 

  • Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills. 

  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. 

Qualifications and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field from four-year College and/or University. 

  • Minimum of three years of related experience and/or training.

  • Willing to be assigned at Buendia, Makati

  • Amenable to work on any shift depending on business needs
