We are looking for an exceptionally bright, well organized, and self-motivated Space Data Manager to become part of our Gurgaon, Workplace Strategy team here at CBRE.

This role offers to work at our corporate office with travel onsite if needed.

As a Space Data Manager at CBRE, you’ll have the chance to

Day to day management of space, occupancy and reporting platform (SpaceIQ) for APAC sites 

  • Update floor seating allocations
  • QA Audit and reporting
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date, space allocation and headcount data
  • Communications with business points of contact in APAC for seating validations, and onboarding and offboarding of staff
  • Space planning including restack scenarios and migration plans

Ensure the consistency of data across the platform (SpaceIQ, MyVantage, etc.) and proactively liaise with the data team in HQ (San Francisco)

Accurately manages and controls space planning data, ensuring the quality is in line with the global data governance system and playbook

Liaise with occupancy planning team to understand priorities and ensure KPIs and report delivery deadlines are met

Provide the data and metrics efficiently as and when required to support the Workplace & Real Estate Team

Provide data analysis that includes;

  • Badge data analysis
  • Utilization study analysis
  • Headcount analysis
  • Other ad-hoc analysis required

The person needs to be autonomous and independent. They may be required to be flexible with working hours at times due to the time difference with various countries within APAC and with the global team. They are expected to understand the trends from the data perspective, highlight key findings, and actively engage with team members.

What to Bring Along

3-5+ year years’ experience directly related to the delivery of strategic planning services; or equivalent combination of education and experience. AutoCAD drawing experience is preferred but not required. CAFM software experience is required.

Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, desktop publishing and CAD/CAFM software including MS Office Suite (MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel & Visio). Familiar with Google Suite or ability to adapt to new tools & technology. Ability to provide efficient, timely and reliable service to client(s). Ability to present information in an effective way. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues. Ability to collaborate, problem solve and multi-task. Ability and willingness to adapt to change or modify approach to tasks based on the preferences of stakeholders and the unique demands of each situation
