PURPOSE OF ROLE:
•Responsible for on-site cleaning, security, greening, pest control and other soft service management.
•Hotline tracking and report of work orders.
•Cooperate with the site manager to manage the subordinates.
•Assisted the site manager in internal and external communication with customers.
•Supervise the quality management and safety management of contractors.

PRIMARY RESONSIBILITIES:
•Responsible for customer service operation & customer relationship maintenance
•Subcontractor management and quality control (Cleaning/Security/indoor plant/landscaping/pest control, etc.)
•Project internal administration related job
•Soft service consumable warehouse management
•Responsible for receptionist & helpdesk service management
•Customer service staff training & performance assessment
•Focus on the service data collection & analysis, and periodically submit the report
•Conduct the customer service standardization operation procedure and continues improvement
•Emergency case disposal and customer service complaint treatment


REQUIREMENT PROFILE:
•Technical knowledge: Familiar with computer skill such as word/excel/PPT, etc.
•Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Problem solving: Has the ability to confidently work through problem and find solutions
•Collaboration: Displays the ability to work in a team. Shares information and is prepared to assist colleagues when necessary in order to deliver a task or project 
•Diploma: Above or equal to college degree and fluent written & reading English
•Experience: Over 3-5 years IFM working experience and working under high pressure
