Role to report into the National Ops Manager to undertake the administration and technical review of all internal and external quotations, the role wold be responsible for reviewing recommendations and job sheets from third parties and presenting them to the client via a web-based quoting system. Responsibilities to include: -

Review and evaluate cost estimates
Ensure timely completion of estimates
Prepare estimates and obtain client purchase orders in detail for all quotations
Communicate with supply partners and team members regarding new and current project/works
Liaise with Client regarding web quotes and drive acceptance levels up  
Work closely with CMS, Supervisors and compliance 

Customer Service - 
Ensure a professional image of CBRE GWS is presented to clients and visitors, and ensure excellence in customer service is always delivered and promoted 
Establish and maintain working relationships with subcontractors
Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the client representative, client’s personnel and co-workers
Challenge VFM and alternative costing models from suppliers
Ability to work as part of a team or alone as required
Understand scope of work to quote and be able to liaise with both contractors and client effectively

Environmental, Health & Safety - 

Ensure the provision of a safe & healthy working environment, and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as client site policies, procedures and working arrangements
Report unsafe activities / risks promptly
Report accidents in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy
Review Method statements /Risk assessments to ensure they are suitable for works to be completed 

Statutory Compliance & General Duties -  

Organised and methodical with the ability to multi-task
Quote for remedial works following PPM attendance and drive up acceptance levels to beyond 80% of quotes associated with PPMs   
Generate additional quotation for works based on Hazard submissions

Decision Making/Budgetary Control: The ability to make sound decisions in conjunction with the Contract Manager and others as required

Success Measures/Objectives: 
Quantity and quality of quotes raised 
Number and value of quotes accepted 
Generating additional works
Achieve 80% plus acceptance of remedial PPM quotes
Provide costs savings regarding discounts once works accepted 
Provide client with costs effective solutions 
Flexibility regarding working hours
