CBRE is a people business; our success is based on the skills and capabilities of our people. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate recruiter to lead our Hong Kong based team in the delivery of proactive, search based, talent acquisition strategies.


The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Greater Bay Area and Taiwan will provide advice on effective talent acquisition, staffing, hiring strategies & techniques to business leaders, stakeholders, hiring managers and People business partners in the region. Key to success is the ability to connect business drivers with viable talent acquisition solutions.



  • Manage end to end recruitment process for all business lines
  • Proactively provide talent sourcing solution and strategy to the business and maintain an active talent database
  • Work closely with the business in driving producer recruitment, talent strikes and update producer recruitment database, report and mapping
  • Ensure recruitment procedures remain consistent within the region
  • Work with the People business partners, shared service centre and hiring managers in their recruitment needs by providing advice and execution while incorporating innovative sourcing ideas and strategies
  • Partner with the business to drive and manage other recruitment related projects and regional initiatives including the Graduate Trainee Program, Internship, Career Talks, University recruits etc
  • Plan & implement various recruitment enhancement projects to broaden recruitment channels and ensure execution in a cost-effective manner
  • Assist in driving Talent Management and Diversity initiatives for the region including development of the Graduate Trainees, Young Professional Group, High Potential talents and Women’s networks
  • Responsible for maintaining the recruitment system in our global enterprise platform (Taleo and Avature), ensuring hiring managers follow the protocol of the online recruitment processes


  • 10 years+ relevant experience.  Experience in both executive search firms and in-house preferred
  • Demonstrable expertise proactively sourcing Commercial Real Estate talent in Hong Kong
  • Conversant with market best practices and corporate policies
  • Self-driven, strategic resourcing professional
  • Effective in analytics, planning and execution
  • Excellent communication, influencing, organisational, people management skills
  • Client-oriented with a high degree of customer focus
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Word and Excel
