About CBRE Digital & Technology Centre:

CBRE Digital & Technology Centre located in Gurugram is the fourth digital hub created by CBRE across the world and the first outside of its home market, the United States. The new Digital & Technology hub will serve as the firm’s primary software development centre in Asia Pacific, with a focus on CBRE’s next generation technology suite. The state-of-the-art Gurugram site currently hosts software engineers, application developers and data analysts. Qualifications:

·       Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development, configuration, integration, and administration experience in large, complex environments

·       Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience

·       Requires technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes. Typically has 7+ years of relevant work experience

·       Strong working knowledge of the following ServiceNow components:

 IT Service Management & IT Operations Management (CMDB, Discovery, Orchestration, Event Management)

·       Experience with the following ServiceNow components:

o   Security Operations, Governance Risk and Compliance, and HR Case Management

·       Minimum 3+ years of development/scripting experience with HTML, JavaScript, Angular, Jelly, PowerShell, Orchestration

·       Minimum 3+ years experience with service oriented architecture design and development and web service integration (REST, SOAP)

·       Hands-on experience developing integrations between ServiceNow and other platforms (REST/SOAP, flat files, etc)

·       Proven and verifiable history of analyzing business situations and working within a group environment to provide efficient and effective solutions

·       Proven history of providing technical support during all phases of project delivery. Including, but not limited to: development of project estimates, documentation of requirements, solution design review, documentation creation and review, and peer code reviews

·       Experience in developing and implementing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform

·       Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features

·       Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments

·       Extreme flexibility and responsiveness to changing situations

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work well with business partner

·       Well-rounded digital & technology experience, spanning application development and IT operations
