  • Administrative support for Country Lead
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Meetings minutes taking 
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly-scheduled reports, e.g. submit and reconcile expense reports, prepare and monitor suppliers’ invoices
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Coordinate repairs to office equipment, answer and direct phone calls
  • Supporting staffs’ On-boarding and Off-boarding process
  • Liaising with main reception and courier services for mail pick up and deliveries
  • Provide general support to the team  
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required 

 To succeed in this role, you will need: 
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese) 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • Great interpersonal skills
